# Create your account

> Accept your organization's invite and sign in to the Expert Review portal.

Access to the Expert Review portal is by organization invite. Your org admin sends the invite; you create the account it points to. The flow takes a few minutes.

  Akhara AI uses passwordless email verification. You can also continue with Google. Each person may only have one account.

## Accept the invite

    Use the link from your organization's invite email. It lands on [talent.akhara.ai](https://talent.akhara.ai) and ties your account to your org's projects.

  <Step title="Verify your email">
    If you signed up with email, open the verification message and follow the link. Check spam if it is missing.

  <Step title="Add required profile fields">
    Enter the fields your engagement requires, especially specialties, so assignments route to work you can defend as an expert. See [Set up your profile](/talent/how-to/setup-profile).

  <Step title="Read the work guides">
    Start with [Reviewing agent runs](/talent/guidance/reviewing-agent-runs), then [RLHF evaluations](/talent/guidance/rlhf-evaluations) and [Domain writing](/talent/guidance/domain-writing) if your org assigned those work types.

## Sign in later

1. Enter your email (or use Google)
2. Complete the verification link if prompted
3. Land on your Home dashboard

## Extra verification

Some projects handle sensitive data and require identity or phone verification before you can open their queues. The portal prompts you when a project needs it; see [Project onboarding](/talent/working/onboarding).
