Expert Review is how enterprises bring their own domain specialists into Akhara workflows: audit and review of agent trajectories, scores, failures, and policy-sensitive cases, plus RLHF evaluations (preferences, rankings, safety flags, rationales) and domain writing (scenarios and success criteria for RL environments). Their organization invites them. Admins send invites from the org’s console or project settings (see Invite your experts); experts accept at talent.akhara.ai and complete profile setup.
No. Experts are your organization’s own people. You decide who is invited, what they can access, and how they are compensated. Akhara provides the portal, workflows, and quality bar.
Work from projects your org assigned: review and audit, RLHF evaluations, and/or domain writing, inside the specialties on your profile.
Routing uses specialties, languages, credentials, availability, and project assignment. Keep your profile current.
No. External LLMs on task content are prohibited. See Policies.
Decline or release it. Do not improvise out-of-domain findings, labels, or scenarios.
Yes, if your availability covers the deadlines and your org assigned those work types. Set preferences on your profile.
Agreement with gold and calibration items, lead review, completion rate, and rationale quality. See Performance in the portal.
Tell your project lead or support immediately. Early release beats silent abandonment.
