When a project ends or your part in it stops, close out so findings, labels, and drafts stay clean and nothing sensitive lingers on your machines.

Checklist

1

Submit or release work

Finish in-progress reviews, RLHF items, and writing drafts, or release them in the UI before the end date.
2

Delete local copies

Remove downloaded scenarios, traces, or credentials from personal machines.
3

Expect tool revocation

Project Slack, drives, and UIs go away after offboarding.
4

Confirm with your project lead

Flag anything unresolved: open escalations, disputed findings, or items you could not finish.
Leaving one project does not close your account. Your organization can assign you to other projects you are eligible for.

Paused projects

If a project pauses:
  • No new tasks from that project
  • Your account stays active
  • Other projects may continue

After offboarding

You get email confirmation when offboarding completes. Questions go to your project lead or support@akhara.ai.
